Breastfeeding is a beautiful part of motherhood but, as new mom Zoe Saldana has come to realize, it doesn’t come without some pain.

The “Guardians of the Galaxy” actress announced the birth of her twin boys earlier this month, and on Saturday she took to Twitter to ask breastfeeding moms for tips on how to relieve pain after pumping.

Fans quickly came to her aid with messages of solidarity and understanding, a father chimed in saying he’d bought gel pads for his wife while other moms suggested creams and more.

The actress is clearly focused on her two new bundles of joy. Despite the nomination for best animated feature for her movie “The Book of Life,” Saldana stayed home during Sunday’s Golden Globes ceremony and enjoyed the show with her boys from the comfort of her living room.

The star and husband Marco Perego welcomed their sons Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio on Nov. 27. The couple, however, waited to officially announce the news of their birth until early January via their rep and a New Year’s picture tweet.
